Help us tutor elementary school students to improve their literacy skills this summer!
As a reading tutor, you will work one on one or in small groups with 2nd-5th grade students. Our tutors make a BIG difference in the lives of our students. No prior teaching experience is required to be a tutor, only a willingness to give kids an appetite for reading!
Tutoring is a weekly commitment, and we ask that tutors attend at least 4 of our 6 available summer sessions.
To be a summer tutor, you must meet the following qualifications:
1) Attend Volunteer Orientation and then Tutor Training following Orientation
2) Complete a Background Check
