Read and Feed provides underserved elementary students with the resources to strengthen their literacy skills. We have been an after-school literacy program for the last ten years providing meals, tutoring and books to children from low-income families. We provide over 600 students the chance to increase their literacy skills while ensuring they are properly nurtured. When working with young readers they are able to experience one on one tutoring to increase their confidence with reading.
Requirement: we have for tutors is that a tutor must be 18 years old or older.
